This is an adaptation from Mosher's book based on my results. I cut out the Munich malt to keep the SRM more in line. I also cut back the hops to keep the IBUs to about 20 (down from 28 ). This will help w/ the balance since the munich malt sweetness won't be there. I reduced the coriander too. It was overpowering in the 1st batch (though not horrible), but has mellowed some. This being a wheat beer, I doubt it would stay stabile long enough for the coriander to mellow to a more acceptable level. Remember to add a tablespoon of flour to the boil kettle for haze and to use rice hulls the help with the sparge.
